L'eclat Beauty Academy
About Us
L'eclat Beauty Academy is a professional beauty academy based in Tokyo, Japan, led by beauty expert Caoru.
After studying facial and body treatment techniques at beauty schools in Paris, France, and Milan, Italy, Caoru began sharing the techniques, skills, and knowledge she had acquired throughout her career with beauty schools and beauty professionals.
In 2018, in response to requests from beauty professionals, she began offering small-group classes where students could learn her techniques directly. Today, L'eclat Beauty Academy provides professional training in facial treatments, skincare, facial massage, and head massage.
Our programs combine professional knowledge with hands-on practical training. Courses are available for beginners as well as experienced beauty professionals who wish to further develop their skills.
Upon completion of eligible courses, students receive a Certificate of Completion from L'eclat Beauty Academy. A diploma from the Japan Beauty Professionals Association is also available for qualifying programs and students (*conditions apply).
We welcome students from Japan and around the world. Training is available for individuals and beauty professionals, as well as salons, spas, beauty schools, and other businesses.
Through our training, we aim to provide students with practical skills and professional knowledge that can be applied in their careers and businesses.

While studying welfare at junior college, Caoru entered the world of beauty technical work with the desire to “do work that helps people.”
While training professionals as an instructor at beauty schools, she also promotes awareness for people to pursue beauty and health and live beautifully through magazines and social media, utilizing her experience and knowledge of having seen and advised the skin of over 150,000 people.
Produced and launched “MY GOOD SKIN” organic cleansing milk in 2022.

Crumplesage is a technique comprised of "head massage" and "scalp loosening". Dividing the head into three zones, we carefully teach the position of the fingers, the direction of pressure, and the angle at which the weight is shifted, based on many years of experience, to ensure that the massage is comfortable for the customer and produces results. Many experienced beauticians and therapists have also learned Crumplesage, and it is a technique that can be incorporated into your salon's menu.

A head spa massage is a wellness treatment that gently massages the muscles of the head and relaxes the scalp to support its natural movement. Upon completion of an eligible course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from L'eclat Beauty Academy. A diploma from the Japan Beauty Professional Association (JBPA) is also available for qualifying courses and students.
